企培流程:
1.了解贵公司的机构组织形式、员工数目和语言基础、以及公司的规模和一些特别的事项,再决定采用何种方式实现贵公司的语言培训目标。
2.与贵公司一起努力实现公司的培训目标:我们会与贵公司一起制定培训的核心内容,培训期间和时间以及最佳实施方案。具体事项将会由我们的顾问向您们详细解释。通过面对面的交流或者电话交谈的水平测试,将是计划制定的依据之一。测试让我们清楚的了解和分析他们学习的需要和目标。对于企业培训课程来说,水平测试主要的目的是把不同学员按照水平分组,从而能更好的合作共同进步。
3.我们会起草一个合同来向贵司介绍外教,他们将在培训期间指导学员培训。
4.在贵司同意后,我们将签订合同开始培训。培训的主要内容有:a)与外教的学习 b)与中教的学习 c)中教和外教的考核
课程分类:
1. 长期培训
长期培训计划是对于客户长期稳定的培训,根据客户的需要以及每周的时间制定学习计划。
根据学员能力分班,每班不超过10人,进行每周2-6小时的培训。
2. 短期集训
短期集训是让客户在短期达到效果的培训方法。通过多种多样的教材,丰富多彩的活动来多方面对学员进行培训。在1-2周里进行20-80小时的外语浸泡式教学。详细的培训计划同样来源于之前的分析报告,用以保证学员达到学习目标。

课程的设置是根据客户的不同需求而制定的。
HOW WE WORK WITH YOU . . .
FIRST。
We learn about your organization, employees, and specific issues to determine the language objectives you need to achieve.
SECOND。
Working collaboratively with you, we determine how to meet those objectives:
We work with you to design the necessary training content, the length of the training and the best implementing method. Our Consultants will plan it with you, and explain in details all the program.
We do a level test to design the proper teaching plan. The oral interview can be done either face to face or on the phone. This second component not only tells us about the level of a person's oral interaction, but also allows us to articulate and analyse their learning needs and objectives.
For company group classes, one of the main purposes of the level test is to form groups that are as homogeneous as possible, are able to work well together and achieve optimum progress.
THIRD.
We have to prepare a draft contract and present to you the optional Foreign Trainers who are going to lead the training during the training period.
FOURTH .
After your approval we sign the contract and begin the training.
Training consists in :
a) Class time with a Foreign teacher
b) Class time with Chinese teacher
c) Test with both Chinese and Foreign teacher

Extensive courses
Our extensive programmes are adapted to the clients' needs and learning goals in both content and timetable.
Groups will normally have a maximum of 10 people (all from the same company), though we recommend between four and eight as the optimum number for effective learning. Courses generally offer between two and six hours of training per week, with classes starting as early as 09.00 and running through to 22.00.
The training is normally delivered on the client's premises.
Intensive courses
Intensive courses aim to achieve results fast: to this end our courses are taught by teams of teachers and draw upon a wide variety of materials and activities. These are one- or two-week courses that provide anything between 20 and 80 hours of training. Based on the result of a level test and an in-depth needs analysis interview, a detailed program is drawn up to reach client goals.
